日頃よりあたみ石亭をご愛顧賜りありがとうございます。

当亭をご予約いただいたお客様・これからご予約を検討しているお客様へお知らせいたします。

一部の予約管理サイトを通じてご予約いただいた情報について、WhatsAppのメッセージアプリを通じ、
予約先の宿泊施設を装って予約の確認・クレジットカード情報の入力・至急の支払いを求める不審なメッセージが届く事象が報告されております。

当亭では、WhatsAppなどのメッセージアプリを通じて予約確認やお支払いを求めるご連絡をすることは一切ございません。

現在、当亭では個人情報の漏洩や、不審メッセージによる被害の発生は確認されておりません。お客様に安心してご利用いただくため未然防止の注意喚起としてお知らせいたします。

今後、当館を装った不審なメッセージを受信された場合は、トラブル防止のため以下の点にご注意ください。

・WhatsApp等から送信された不審なメッセージに記載されたURL(リンク)を開かない

・クレジットカード情報や個人情報を入力しない

・不審なメッセージには返信しない

・不審なメッセージに基づく支払いや送金を行わない

万が一、不審なWebサイトにクレジットカード情報を入力された場合や、支払い・送金を行ってしまった場合は、速やかにカード会社へご連絡をお願い致します。

[Important / Warning] Please beware of phishing scams impersonating Atami Sekitei.

We would like to inform guests who have already booked a stay with us, as well as those considering a reservation, of the following:

We have received reports of suspicious messages sent via WhatsApp to guests who booked through certain reservation management sites. These messages impersonate the accommodation and request reservation confirmation, the entry of credit card details, or urgent payment.

Please be advised that our establishment will never contact you via messaging apps—such as WhatsApp—to request reservation confirmations or payments.

While we have not currently confirmed any incidents involving the leakage of personal information or harm caused by suspicious messages, we are issuing this notice as a precautionary measure to ensure your peace of mind.

Should you receive any suspicious messages impersonating our establishment in the future, please take note of the following points to avoid potential issues.

・Do not open URLs (links) contained in suspicious messages received via WhatsApp or similar services.

・Do not enter credit card details or personal information.

・Do not reply to suspicious messages.

・Do not make payments or money transfers based on suspicious messages.

If you happen to enter your credit card information on a suspicious website or make a payment or transfer, please contact your credit card company immediately.
